AviMail has created this E-mail Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

Why did you receive an e-mail from AviMail?
AviMail is intended to be used for responsible, permission based e-mail marketing, as such we do not endorse the delivery of unsolicited commercial e-mails (UCE). AviMail endorses delivery to recipients who have requested to receive e-mail messages. All AviMail recipients have the option to remove themselves from any future mailings via our method for unsubscription (opt-out) that is present in every message (See Methods Below). AviMail reassures every recipient that said policy is followed explicitly, and apologizes for an inconvenience to recipients of any unsolicited messages.

What happens with your personal information? 
AviMail will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without advance permission or unless ordered to by a court of law. Information submitted to AviMail is only available to employees and contracted service providers for the purposes of providing services relating to communications with you based upon your request.

How can you stop receiving e-mails from AviMail?
Option1: Each e-mail sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving e-mails from AviMail. Click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email to be unsubscribed.
Option2: Click HERE to unsubscribe you email(s) from our list.
Option3: Reply to the email with the words "Unsubscribe" or "Remove" in the subject line
Option4: Send president@avimailing.com an email with your complaints.
Option5: Call 877-596-4906 and clearly spell your email address to be removed from the list.

What about e-mail security issues?
AviMail strives to maintain appropriate security measures in our respective physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. Although AviMail takes reasonable measures to secure our data, we cannot guarantee that all of our measures taken are or will remain adequate.

Changes to E-mail Privacy Policy
From time to time, AviMail may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this E-mail Privacy Policy notice. If our information practices change, AviMail will post all changes to the policy on this E-mail Privacy Policy page to notify you of such changes and to provide you with the ability to opt-out of our system. If you are concerned about how your information is being used, please check back to this E-mail Privacy Policy page periodically.

To report any abuse or violations of the AviMail E-Mail Privacy Policy, please send an e-mail to president@avimailing.com and attach an unedited copy of the e-mail message that you feel was sent to you in error or without your permission. Include all header information so that AviMail can trace the origin of the message. Also include any notes or other information that you feel are pertinent.
